VARLIS™ privacy policy.

Last updated: 22 May 2026. This policy covers VARLIS public games and apps, including Cursed Procession, and is updated when new releases are published or SDK changes ship.

Overview

VARLIS builds games, apps, AI-assisted tools, and immersive training software. For public Android releases, VARLIS aims to collect as little personal information directly as possible.

Cursed Procession

Cursed Procession is an Android game published by VARLIS. The game includes advertising and in-app purchases (see below). VARLIS does not operate player accounts, cloud saves, social profiles, or a separate login system for the game. The game does not directly request or store your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or microphone or camera input.

Advertising

Cursed Procession shows advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may process information such as your advertising identifier, IP address, device model, operating system version, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction with ads (impressions, clicks). This processing is governed by Google's privacy and advertising policies and by the consent and settings you control on your device and in your Google account. Where required by regional rules, an in-app consent prompt is presented before personalised ads are shown.

In-app purchases

Cursed Procession offers in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. The available purchases are cosmetic skin packs and an optional one-time purchase that removes advertising. Payments are processed by Google Play; VARLIS does not see or store your payment card details. VARLIS receives purchase status and product identifiers so it can grant the purchased content in the game.

SDKs in this release

The Cursed Procession Android build ships with the following third-party SDKs that may collect or share data:

• Google AdMob — advertising
• Google Play Billing — in-app purchases
• Google Play Services — core platform integrations required by the Play Store

If additional SDKs are added in a future update, this section and the Google Play Data Safety form will be updated together.

Information you send to us

If you contact VARLIS by email at [email protected] or [email protected], we receive the information you choose to send (email address, message, device details, screenshots, support request content). We use that information to respond to your inquiry and do not use it for advertising.

Data safety alignment

Google Play requires developers to publish a Data Safety form for each app that is consistent with the in-app behaviour and with the linked privacy policy. The disclosures above are the basis for the Cursed Procession Data Safety entry. If the Data Safety form and this policy ever drift apart, this policy is updated to match the actual release build.

Children

VARLIS apps are not intended to collect personal information from children. If a future app is designed for children or families, its store listing and privacy policy will be updated for that release.
